One of our Clients, who was founded in South Australia in 1997, and providing refilling services which is the core business, more than 2000 locations worldwide. Our client was named the No.1 Toner Replacement Service franchise and was included as one of the Fastest Growing Franchises in 2004 & 2006.


Presently they are looking for candidates for their Bangalore office. REQUIREMENT IS VERY URGENT.

SALES EXECUTIVE

Location : Bangalore

Salary : Rs. 7,000/- to Rs.8,500/- (plus incentives)

Job Description:

• Achieve sales targets assigned by the Franchise Owner
• Drive sales and repeat business
• Make Sales calls in the area assigned
• Ensure that customer complaints are handled with a sense of urgency and good judgment
• Follow the instructions/advice of the Franchise Owner in executing day to day responsibilities
• To understand the store’s systems and policies and communicate the same effectively to the customers as and when required
• Be courteous and helpful to the customers at all times and ensure all customer complaints are handled swiftly and to the customer’s satisfaction
• Follow up and recovery from credit customers
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate
• Should have 2 to 3 years experience in Sales & Business Development, Dealer Network Management / Channel Sales in FMCG, Retail, IT / Office Automation / Telecom Industry or worked in Retail industry in any format i.e. departmental store, supermarket, stationery & gifts store etc
• Good communication skills and convincing abilities
• Ability to drive the function independently with minimum supervision
• Relationship Building ability and team player
• Should be fluent in English and know at least 1 local spoken language
• Go getter, self motivated and a hands-on person with a can do attitude
• Computer proficiency (MS – Office)
