UV Properties Pvt Ltd is looking for experienced and fresh Management Trainees for its expansion.

Management Trainees (Asst.Manager/Mgr Real Estate) – 60 positions based in Chennai

Job Role: To handle the Real Estate Portfolio for all new site development. Identify potential new sites for its new outlets. Conduct feasibility studies of the proposed new sites. Maintain relationships with Brokers and builders. Have good negotiation skills with land owners.

Eligibility: Minimum graduation or civil engineering diploma. Post graduate management qualifications will be an added advantage

Experience: 0-5 years handling a real estate portfolio in a retail industry, banks, telecoms or real estate and construction firms.

Selection process: Candidates will have to undergo a Written Test (of 2 hours, in General English & Aptitude) & Personal Interview at Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad on 19th Sept, 2010.

Personal Interview: qualified candidates will be called for a personal interview on 26th Sep, 2010. All selected candidates will be required to undergo the designated training at UV Properties Pvt Ltd – Chennai. Appointment letters will be given at the time of training commencement. Final selection will be conditional on the enrolled candidates’ successfully completing the training conducted by UV Properties Pvt Ltd.

Training commencement and duration: The training shall commence on 4th Oct, 2010. The duration of the training will be 3 months.
